The ‘One Blue Jersey’ will debut on the field on September 20 (today) against Australia in the T20 series.
The new jersey will take the place of the Billion Cheers Jersey in all T20 International competitions. However, in ODIs, the players will continue wearing the Billion Cheers Jersey.
“The jersey honours the legions of fans, who span different genders, age groups, and geographical borders,” the kit sponsor said in a statement.
“The design features an equilateral triangle pattern – a universal symbol of the blend of energy, spirit, and power – that celebrates the fans’ unwavering support of the team.

The jersey, combined with the petals found in the BCCI’s official symbol, embodies the game’s demands for loyalty and merit.
It will be available for purchase on the official website of the kit sponsor as well as at all major e-commerce and retail outlets.
The men’s players included Team India captain Rohit Sharma, star all-rounder Hardik Pandya, and Suryakumar Yadav. Women’s cricketers such as Renuka Singh and captain Harmanpreet Kaur were among the players in the picture.
All eyes are on the T20I series against Australia and another home series against South Africa, which begins on October 28 and includes three ODIs and three T20Is.
These will be valuable match practice for the Men in Blue ahead of the ICC T20 World Cup 2022, which will take place this year from October 16 to November 13.
India failed to qualify for the semi-finals the previous year after falling out of the competition in the Super 12 phase.
