India vs Bangladesh Highlights
Mehidy Hasan Miraz’s magnificent strike helped Bangladesh defeat India 1-0 in the series. Vice-captain KL Rahul dropped Hasan while he was on 15.
The all-rounder and Mustafizur Rahman pulled together a record 51-run stand for the 10th wicket. They assisted Bangladesh in completing the race.
It was the best tenth-wicket partnership in an ODI chase. Ebadot Hossain’s 4/47 and Shakib Al Hasan’s earlier in the game helped Bangladesh bowl out a star-studded India for 186. KL Rahul put up a fight on his own, scoring 73 runs. But with so little assistance from the other end, India could not score even 200 runs.
India’s 186-run defense got off to an excellent start. Deepak Chahar struck in the first ball of a chaotic match to dismiss Najmul Shanto. Mohammed Siraj soon dispatched Anamul Haque.
Bangladesh, though, exhibited tenacity. With a 48-run partnership, Shakib Al Hasan and Litton Das relieved the burden.
Washington Sundar pushed India back into the game despite several minor partnerships. He turned the tide by taking out Shakib Al Hasan, still fighting strong at 41, and Litton Das.
Bangladesh suddenly fell apart, going from 95/3 to 136/9. Mehidy Hasan encountered 52 runs. Mustafizur maintained his strength with a tough 10-run knock. Miraz scored 38 off 39 from the other end to win the game for Bangladesh.
India has previously been out for only 186. In ODIs against Bangladesh, it was India’s second-lowest total. Only 49 runs were on the board when India’s renowned Top 3 left.
Ebadot Hossain struck from the other end as Iyer and Rahul worked to reorganize. As India was abashed, Shakib returned to tidy up the bottom order.
KL Rahul led India in scoring with a 73-run performance. He did not, however, have adequate assistance from the opposing side. Only Shreyas Iyer (24), Washington Sundar (17), and Rohit Sharma (27) managed to reach double digits. The remaining individuals were unable to reach double digits.

India vs Bangladesh | Captains Words after the match
Litton Das | Bangladesh captain
I am thrilled. Sitting in the dressing room, I was a wreck. Mehidy’s batting in the final 6-7 overs was enjoyable. In the middle overs, Siraj and Shardul bowled superbly, turning the tide in their favor.
Shakib and I believed we could easily chase this down when we were batting, but things got tricky when we were both out and India bowled superbly. Mehidy put in a standout performance.
Rohit Sharma | Indian Captain
The game was reasonably tight. To go back into that position, we did pretty well. We were poor batsmen. Although 184 wasn’t good enough, we bowled pretty well, and they eventually maintained their composure.
If you look at how we bowled from the first ball, you will see that we took wickets and bowled rather well for 40 overs. Undoubtedly, we would have preferred to have bowled better toward the end of the game.
Simply put, we lacked sufficient runs. 25 to 30 more runs would have been beneficial. After the 25-over point, we assumed 240-250. It is challenging when you keep losing wickets.
We must have the necessary knowledge to play on such wickets. We have no basis as we are accustomed to these wickets. I don’t know how much they can advance in a few practice sessions. The genes are there; handling pressure is all that has to be done.
We eagerly await the upcoming game and believe these players will improve. Let’s hope we can turn things around. We are fully aware of our obligations in these situations.
It turned out to be a fun game. It started tacky, with India having trouble. Shakib led the team to an incredible 5-wicket haul. KL Rahul put in a tireless 73 runs to post a tricky total. India put Bangladesh under pressure by utilizing both pacers & spinners on the field.
Bangladesh lost 7 wickets for a total of 62 runs as a result of setting Litton Das. Mehidy gradually lifted their spirits and showed that a skilled hitter can still get runs on this surface, and in the end, some dew also helped. India was driving home as the eager home audience was stunned. Not to downplay Fizz’s essential gluing at the end instead of trying to work and let his wife down.
Mehidy Hasan Miraz | Man of The Match | Ind vs Ban
I’m overjoyed and energized. I knew I needed to bat approximately 20 balls to get going, so I was only thinking about concentrating on one area and believing in that technique. I made an effort to bowl the ball from wicket to wicket. It was a performance I will never forget.
