Mumbai Indians’ fans have pretty much started believing that Jadeja would be a part of the MI unit from next year and if that happens, Rohit Sharma would be more than happy to have his services and even more so after their dismal show last year’s IPL (2022).
There is a big possibility that Ravindra Jadeja might join the Mumbai Indians’ colours in the upcoming season of IPL (2023), a source close to the development has revealed.
The left-arm spinner was bought by Chennai Super Kings back during the 2013 edition of the Indian Premier League but it appears that they have reached out asking if they can negotiate another contract despite already having one active agreement going on currently between them together at least until 2017.
The source further went on to say that Ravindra Jadeja is unlikely to continue with Chennai Super Kings and a move to Mumbai Indians looks imminent. These rumours have been doing the rounds for a while now but it’s only a matter of time before an official announcement is made.
Only time will tell where Ravindra Jadeja ends up playing but it looks like Mumbai Indians might just be his next destination.
Is Ravendra Jadeja a good fit for Mumbai Indians?
Ravindra Jadeja has been one of the most successful players in the Indian Premier League and it comes as no surprise that he is being linked with a move to Mumbai Indians.

Jadeja stepped down as captain of CSK last year after eight matches. Rumours circulated that the 33-year-old was not in good terms with the franchise management, which intensified when he deleted Instagram posts featuring CSK last month while on tour in England.
